RETREAT OVERVIEW
An overnight flight takes you to beautiful Argentina, allowing you to wake up in one of the most energetic places in South America. Argentina's stunning geography and deeply rooted culture provide a gorgeous backdrop from which to explore and welcome new ideas.
Our Argentinian retreat offers amazing opportunities to reflect on your journey so far, as you connect with amazing Argentinian women leaders and experience a beautiful connection of your mind, heart and spirit. Over the course of the week, we’ll look inward to challenge the perceptions we have about ourselves, and outward to reconsider our ideas about South America and the world around us. We are designing a journey with YOU in mind, with time to see, experience, reflect and connect. As you are guided through these points in Buenos Aires you will step into Argentina's past and learn about mothers fighting for their children during the Dirty War. Unlike any other tour, explore these locations through the lens of Argentinian women across history.

Our team of leadership coaches and consultants will get to know you before the trip so that we meet your own priorities for the travel, the leadership and person-to-person experience, as well as your perspective and vision for global women’s leadership. This will give us the information and develop a framework for your compelling leadership journey and provide us with information to share with others on the trip.

Before the trip we will suggest a variety of books and articles that are optional but can help you get the most out of the trip. We will bring great books and articles for you to share throughout the week about Argentina, its arts, romanticism, culture, and politics.

Argentinian IMMERSION, CONNECTIONS, & YOUR JOURNEY
We have secured the services of a very experienced Argentinian tour operator, who in addition to our own local contacts, is customizing the person to person exchanges and Argentinian travel for us. They will have expert guides who will give us first class support so we can focus on enjoying Argentinian and our own leadership journey.
